Arizona State Board of Nursing Evaluations
Dr. Rollins is a board-approved evaluator for the Arizona State Board of Nursing to conduct Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations, as well as Substance Use Assessments, and Relapse Prevention/Recovery Evaluations.
Fitness to Practice Evaluations
Dr. Rollins conducts Fitness to Practice/Psychological Evaluations for various health regulatory and licensing boards in Arizona. She is an approved evaluator for the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health, Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners, and Arizona State Board of Pharmacy. Dr. Rollins has also conducted evaluations for the Arizona State Board of Education, Arizona Medical Board, State Bar of Arizona, and Arizona Board of Physical Therapists.
Mental Health Evaluations
Dr. Rollins also conducts comprehensive mental health evaluations for adolescents age 13 -17, as well as adults to assist with psychiatric diagnosis, and treatment considerations.
Arizona Licensing Fitness to Practice/Psychological Evaluations
This assessment includes:
- Comprehensive clinical interview
- Review of the collateral documents submitted by the Licensing Board
- Administration of empirically validated psychometric instruments and inventories which measure general mental health status, personality functioning, as well as identify mental health conditions and syndromes, if applicable
- Thorough assessment of substance use status, if applicable
- Review of area of focus such as anger management, ethical considerations, safety risks, and boundary violations, if applicable
- Integrated report with diagnostic considerations, safety to practice status, and treatment recommendations (if applicable)
The appointment takes approximately 3.5 to 5 hours and the integrated report will be provided approximately 1 week after the evaluation appointment.
