Who I Am
I am Dr. Cindy Rollins, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Prescott, Arizona. I specialize in youth therapy services.
I also provide board requested comprehensive psychological evaluations, substance use assessments, recovery/relapse prevention evaluations, and fitness to practice evaluations as requested by Arizona licensing Boards and health regulatory boards. These include (but are not limited to) the Arizona State Board of Nursing, and Arizona Medical Board, the Board of Education, and the State Bar of Arizona.
I am an approved mental health provider for nurses in the Arizona State Board of Nursing Alternative to Discipline / Monitoring program.
I provide psychological services to youth (ages 8-18) for a variety of mental health concerns such as:

I have been providing psychological services at my clinical practice since January of 2013.
I received both my Master’s Degree and Doctorate of Clinical-Community Psychology (Psy.D) from the University of La Verne and completed my Internship/Residency at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Department of Psychology and Behavioral Medicine.
I have taught and supervised graduate psychology students and interns in assessment and advanced therapy skills and provided consultation for multidisciplinary teams of Pediatricians, Substance Abuse Counselors, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, After-School Programs and School Educators. I have been a part time faculty at Prescott College and I am a board member at The Launch Pad Teen Center.
I am a solution-focused psychologist who integrates evidence-based practices into the therapy sessions. I use a collaborative therapeutic approach, often pulling from humanistic and attachment theories to provide a strengths-based framework that focuses on increasing each individual’s awareness of his or her inner resiliency in overcoming challenges.
