Who I Am
I am Dr. Cindy Rollins, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Prescott, Arizona. I specialize in conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations/fitness to practice evaluations for Arizona State health and regulatory boards. I also conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for youth ages 13 and up and adults to assist with psychiatric diagnosis and treatment considerations.
I have been licensed as a clinical psychologist with the State of Arizona since 2011.
I received both my Master’s Degree and Doctorate of Clinical-Community Psychology (Psy.D) from the University of La Verne and completed my Internship/Residency at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Department of Psychology and Behavioral Medicine.
I have taught and supervised graduate psychology interns and psychiatric nurse practitioner interns in assessment and advanced clinical skills and provided consultation for multidisciplinary teams of Pediatricians, Substance Abuse Counselors, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, After-School Programs and School Educators. I have been a part time faculty at Prescott College, and have served on the Board for the Granite Mountain Psychological Society and The Launch Pad Teen Center. I am a co-founder of the Central Arizona Women in Psychology.
I have been conducting health regulatory board evaluations since 2014.
